The 2020 LinkedIn Top Voice for Equity in the Workplace, now-entrepreneur Minda Harts is an author, sought-after speaker, and the host of the podcast, Secure the Seat. She provides a no BS look at the odds stacked against women of color in professional settings, from the wage gaps to biases and micro aggressions with actionable takeaways. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at NYU Wagner. Minda has been featured on MSNBC's Morning Joe, Fast Company, The Guardians, Time Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and more.
