The 12 Week Curriculum Includes
1) Monthly Live Masterclass (90 minutes)
Practical training on how to apply AI to real business needs—content, sales, operations, planning, customer experience, and more. Plus industry insights, new AI tools and opportunities plus a community conversation. Access to replays.

AI Foundations: Gain an understanding of the scope and power of generative AI, a view into the diverse apps available and best uses, privacy protections and ethical guidance, how to build a prompts that optimize SOPs and workflows that work for you.

Strengthening Your Internal Operations with AI: Develop capacity-building workflows, systems and automations. Tap into the analytical capabilities of AI to make strategic decisions that generate revenue and income.

Leveraging AI to Generate Revenue Through Your Sales Cycle: Understand how to use AI at each stage of the sales cycle. How AI can support marketing- content creation, lead generation, email marketing. Create systems that help you retain more clients.

Do I need to be “techy” to join?
No. The community supports every level.
What if I’m already using AI?
Perfect. The Advanced Users Lab will help you optimize, automate, and turn your current usage into repeatable workflows.
How much time will this take?
You can go at your own pace and get meaningful progress with a few focused hours each month—especially if you attend the structured lab and implement the workflows.
What tools do we use?
We’ll focus on practical tools and best uses you can actually apply (including common such as ChatGPT and new tools as they emerge), but the goal is always the same: workflows and content that produce results. AI applications are flexible.
Can I get 1:1 help?
Yes—optional 1:1 implementation support and deeper build bundles are available.
Can I bring a team member?
Yes. Look for the option on your application.

Meet our Lead Facilitator: Whitney Barkley
Whitney Barkley is an AI strategist, trainer, and speaker who helps entrepreneurs and organizations use generative AI to improve decision-making, communication, and visibility—without losing their voice.
She is the founder of Speakerazzi®, a training and development company focused on human-centered AI adoption and the creator of the Built From the Inside™ framework, which grounds AI use in self-awareness, storytelling, and strategy.
Whitney has trained 500+ individuals in AI across the U.S. and internationally, including Central Africa, training for organizations such as the University of Notre Dame, Northern Kentucky University, Notre Dame, the Urban League, SCORE, WELD, WBENC, and others. Her work emphasizes practical, ethical, and accessible AI education that helps people work and live smarter.
She was nominated for AI Education Excellence at the 2024 Black AI Think Tank Awards and believes that AI can open doors for individuals and businesses when it’s taught from the inside out.
