Founded in 2013 by Keena M. Smith, the Women's Center for Economic Opportunity (WCEO or The Women's CEO) advances economic empowerment. WCEO facilitates successful access to capital (knowledge and financial), and connections for women. Aspire Women's Book of Business is a brand product of WCEO.
The WCEO flagship program, Amplify Business Development program, launched in 2022, is a 12-week business accelerator that has helped over 250 women elevate their business planning, operations, and strategy. With a 100% success rate, every CEO who graduates from Amplify is still in business today- -contributing to the economy, creating jobs and building legacy.
