The Women's Center for Economic Opportunity

Founded in 2013 by Keena M. Smith, the Women's Center for Economic Opportunity (WCEO or The Women's CEO) advances economic self-sufficiency through ownership. WCEO facilitates successful access to capital (knowledge and financial), and connections for women. Aspire Women's BIG Book of Business is a brand product of WCEO.

The WCEO flagship program, Amplify Business Development program, launched in 2022, is a 16-week business accelerator that has helped over 250 women elevate their business planning, operations, and strategy. With a 100% success rate, every CEO who graduates from Amplify is still in business today- -contributing to the economy, creating jobs and building legacy.
